WHO WE ARE
Who we are. Ginmar is a solid Italian company that operates in the import of toys and similar products from the Far East; it is managed by the Ginocchio family, which boasts over 130 years of activity in the world of toys. The Company addresses only and exclusively retailers and commercial operators. The activity of importing toys into Italy, however, began only in 1958; the first countries of supply were Japan and Hong Kong; over the years, new markets have opened up: the People's Republic of China, Taiwan and South Korea. The adventure undertaken then and continued without interruption up to the present day allows us to affirm that Ginmar can be considered the heir of the oldest tradition of importing toys from the Far East currently active on the Italian market. The current operational headquarters is in the province of Genoa and consists of premises used as offices and permanent sample rooms as well as a large goods warehouse. The company also has a branch in Hong Kong, used to make the search and choice of new products easier. Ginmar is registered with Assogiocattoli, the trade association that brings together all the main companies in the sector and has participated for over 25 years, with its own exhibition space, at the Nuremberg fair, the most important toy event in Europe. The Ginocchio family is also present in the party, celebration and disposable tableware sector for everyday and special occasions, through participation in the company Givi-italia srl, www.giviitalia.it .
